Accueil sympathique. Centre où il fait bon venir, car tout le monde est sympa et souriant ! Surtout mon physio Thomas, à l'écoute et compétent.

Très bonne expérience dans ce cabinet de physiothérapie. Les rendez-vous sont toujours à l’heure et les soins que j’ai reçus ont été efficaces. Le cabinet est propre et agréable, avec une salle d’attente confortable et une fontaine à eau à disposition. Le personnel est accueillant et professionnel. Même lorsqu’on téléphone, ils répondent toujours rapidement, ce qui est très appréciable.<br>Seul petit point à améliorer : il arrive parfois que les secrétaires parlent assez fort à l’accueil entre elles, ce qui peut être un peu gênant dans la salle d’attente.<br><br>Je recommande ce cabinet pour la qualité des soins et le professionnalisme.

From the first appointment, the team was welcoming, punctual and genuinely attentive Mr. Jean Philippe Ramain took the time to understand my problem, explained clearly what was going on, and built a treatment plan that actually worked. I noticed real improvement after just a few sessions, along with practical exercises to keep progressing at home. The clinic is clean, well organised, and easy to reach in the Servette area. Professional, caring and effective. Thank you to the whole team!
