Sessions designed for all levels

Our classes are specially designed to allow you to progress at your own pace, whether you are a beginner or a confirmed athlete. In small groups of 6 participants maximum, and after an initial individual appointment, you will benefit from personalized follow-up in a dynamic and motivating atmosphere.
